  • 1 food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans chick peas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 teaspoons curry powder
  • 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
    mix in blender
  • Serve (drizzled with olive oil, if desired) with pita chips.
